CGLI shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.03(A).

Examples of CGLI in a sentence

  • Territory covered by the CGLI includes the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico, and Canada.

  • Claims under the CGLI policy must be submitted promptly and could be barred if submitted late.

  • To the extent such coverage cannot be obtained through CGLI, Company must obtain equivalent insurance to insure the Property against environmental hazards.

  • The CGLI insurance policy has limits in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence.
