CGCA definition

CGCA means, with respect to the Charitable Gaming Centres, an association formed by Permittees that, prior to the commencement of this Agreement, conducted regular bingo lottery events under the Gaming Control Act, 1992 within the Charitable Gaming Centres, provided that OLG shall not be required to recognize more than one such CGCA in respect of each Charitable Gaming Centre.

  • Except with respect to a hypothec or security interest in Pledged Securities (if any) constituting Specified Assets (as defined in the CGCA), the Grantor shall maintain the hypothecs (with or without possession as applicable) created or evidenced by this Deed on the Pledged Securities as a first priority Lien (subject only to Permitted Liens), and shall defend such hypothecs against the claims and demands of all Persons whomsoever.

  • Any other short-term access or use of CGCA facilities for the purposes of registration or pre-camp orientation is subject to the approval CGCA’s site supervisor who shall set the terms and conditions of that access or use.
