Following payment of the CFP Fee, any new Software or Goods purchased by the Customer during the Agreement term must be purchased with coverage under the CFP, which will be pro-rated to expire at the same time as the initial expiration date.
If the PURCHASER is an individual, he shall pay for the shares in cash at the time ownership of the shares is transferred to him, unless ERA and the PURCHASER agree to some other manner of payment.
