CFO Date definition

CFO Date means the earliest of (i) the first business day following the date on which the Company files its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2010 under the Exchange Act or (ii) a date elected by the Executive in a written notice to the Company providing that he elects to commence his services as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on such date (and which date must be on or following the date such written notice is provided).

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
