The Custodian will be solely responsible for the safekeeping of the Portfolio (and the documents of title relating thereto) on behalf of CFML.

CFML undertakes that it will provide the Investment Manager with, or procure that it is provided with, such information concerning CFML and the Portfolio, as the Investment Manager may reasonably request from time to time.
The Investment Adviser will not (in the absence of its negligence, fraud or wilful default) be liable to CFML for the collection, deposit or credit of invalid, fraudulent or forged securities.
