Examples of CFI Services in a sentence
In selected countries, export certifications may be required in conjunction with other CFI Services (e.g. CFI Asset Services, CFI Hardware Integration Services, CFI BIOS Customization Services, or CFI Drop in the Box Services).
In the event Dell is required to obtain an export license for Third Party Products in order to deliver the CFI Services, Customer hereby agrees to provide Dell, at no charge, any and all reasonable assistance Dell requires to obtain such export license.
Dell is not responsible for any revision or engineering changes in any Third Party Elements included in CFI Services.
Each CFI Project will be described in a Technical Specification Form that Customer will review and approve prior to CFI Services being rendered.
CFI Services may be performed outside the country in which Customer and/or Dell is located.
Customer is responsible for determining Customer technical specifications for the CFI Services and for ensuring that those technical specifications are properly documented to Dell in a verified and approved “Technical Specification” Form.
If ▇▇▇▇ is of the reasonable view that the proposed CFI Services are not technically feasible, Dell reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the provision of the CFI Services.
Customer may purchase factory integration services, including installation of Customer's custom software image, asset tagging, hardware integration or other consulting or system integration services ("CFI Services"), upon the terms and conditions set forth in Attachment 3.
Customer may use third parties (e.g. contractors, agents, system integrators and/or channel partners) to represent Customer and work with Dell to the extent necessary for the CFI Services to be provided to Customer.
CFI Services are provided in connection with and subject to Customer’s separate signed master services agreement with Dell provided such agreement specifically and expressly authorizes Customer to order CFI Services pursuant thereto; or, in the absence of such agreement, Dell’s standard Customer Master Services Agreement, which can be obtained at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇* and is incorporated by reference in its entirety herein.
