Examples of CFD Margin Call in a sentence

  • If a CFD Margin Call is made by more than one method of communication, it shall be deemed to have been made at the earliest time such communication is deemed served.

  • All references in these Terms and Conditions to a CFD Margin Call shall be deemed to include reference to a deemed CFD Margin Call.

  • CGS-CIMB shall be deemed to have made a CFD Margin Call on the Client if CGS-CIMB has left a message (via any of the foregoing methods of communication) requesting the Client to contact CGS-CIMB and such CFD Margin Call shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with the timescales set out in this Clause 5.15.

  • If CGS-CIMB makes a CFD Margin Call, the Client must place the amount of Margin immediately or within a specified period of time which may be less than two (2) Business Days after the giving of such notice by CGS-CIMB.

  • The liability to pay Margin accrues at the time the margin requirement comes into existence regardless of when a CFD Margin Call is made.

  • A CFD Margin Call shall also be deemed to have been made if CGS-CIMB is unable to leave a message for the Client and has used reasonable endeavours to contact the Client.

  • Such CFD Margin Call will be deemed to have been made even if the Client has not returned any message CGS-CIMB may have left requesting the Client to contact CGS-CIMB.

  • Both the amount of such Margin and the time of its CFD Margin Call shall be within the absolute discretion of CGS-CIMB, which is under no obligation to allow any offset of any Margin requirement.

  • Both the amount of such Margin and the time of its CFD Margin Call shall be within the absolute discretion of CGS MYF, which is under no obligation to allow any offset of any Margin requirement.

  • CGS MYF shall be deemed to have made a CFD Margin Call on the Client if CGS MYF has left a message (via any of the foregoing methods of communication) requesting the Client to contact CGS MYF and such CFD Margin Call shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with the timescales set out in this Clause 5.15.
