CFC I definition

CFC I has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
CFC I means CFC Investment Company, an Ohio corporation, a Borrower.
CFC I shall shall mean CompuCredit Funding Corp., a Nevada corporation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, other than Buyer’s obligation to pay the Purchase Price in accordance with this Agreement, Buyer and its Affiliates (including the Acquired Companies following the Closing) shall have no obligation to make any payment or distribution to Management Seller or any other party with respect to the CFC I Promote Interests or the CFC II Promote Interests, whether arising out of or resulting from the transactions contemplated hereby or any other event, circumstance or occurrence.

Related to CFC I

  • CFC means a “controlled foreign corporation” within the meaning of Section 957 of the Code.

  • Material Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Material Subsidiary.

  • CFC Holding Company means a Subsidiary, substantially all of the assets of which consist of Equity Interests or Indebtedness of (a) one or more CFCs or (b) one or more CFC Holding Companies.

  • Domestic Foreign Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that owns no material assets (held directly or indirectly through one or more disregarded entities) other than capital stock (or capital stock and/or debt) of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries that are CFCs and/or Domestic Foreign Holding Companies.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a direct parent of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries and holds, directly or indirectly, no other assets other than Equity Interests of Foreign Subsidiaries and other de minimis assets related thereto.
