CFC Group definition

CFC Group means any “affiliated group” (as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code without regard to the limitations contained in Section 1504(b) of the Code) that includes CFC and its Subsidiaries and any predecessor of and any successor to CFC (or to another such predecessor or successor) and also shall be deemed to refer to any or all of CFC and its Subsidiaries.
CFC Group means two or more CFCs (other than a CFC that has ECI and a CFC that conducts a financial services business), if at least 80 percent of the stock by value of each CFC is owned, within the meaning of section 958(a), by a single U.S. shareholder or, in aggregate, by related U.S. shareholders that own stock of each member in the same proportion.

Related to CFC Group

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • ▇▇▇▇ Group means collectively ▇▇▇▇ Capital Fund V, L.P., ▇▇▇▇ Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street Partners.
