CFAO definition

CFAO means the Canadian Forces Administrative Orders. CFRC means Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre. CI means a civilian instructor contracted by the Department of National Defence who is not a member of the Canadian Forces. Use of CIs is to be limited to their areas of expertise. This definition also includes a CI who is contracted on a limited yearly basis (specialist days) to perform specific duties due to his/her specific qualifications or abilities.
