CFA Services Contract definition
CFA Services Contract means the agreement between the CFA and the Corporation relating to the performance of the functions of the CFA, including the agreement dated as of December 29, 1998 made between the Corporation and Progestic International Inc. and any successor agreement thereto, as amended from time to time, and such other agreements incidental or related thereto;
