CEWH definition

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Employer and any successor of the Employer and to the benefit of Executive's executors, administrators, legal representatives, heirs and legatees.

  • Communications and media CEWO and DEW will work together to publicly communicate the implementation of watering actions, in collaboration with relevant third parties, in line with the CEWH and DEW Joint Communications Protocol (Schedule 4).
