Within 10 (ten) days after the date hereof, the Guarantor and the Lender will send to Cansativa GmbH joint notices of assignment of the credits, in accordance form with the draft set out in Schedule 3 (Credits Assignment Notice).
Primer means a coating labeled and formulated for application to a substrate to provide a firm bond between the substrate and subsequent coats.

NZME means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.
