CETIP definition

CETIP means the Central de Custódia de Liquidação Financeira de Títulos (the Central for the Custody and Cash Settlement of Securities).
CETIP means CETIP S.A. – Mercados Organizados, which shall administer and operate the securities placement system on which the Debentures are listed for distribution.

  • The Parties authorize the Calculation Agent to be the settlement agent for their operations with the system or clearinghouse for the custody and financial settlement of securities authorized by the Central Bank or the CVM, such as the Financial Risk Protection System - SPR, for operations registered with CETIP.
