CETESB definition

CETESB means Companhia de Tecnologia de Saneamento Ambiental, the Borrower’s technology and environmental sanitation agency responsible for controlling the quality of the environment in the Borrower’s territory, created through Law No.118 of June 29, 1973 and published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette N° 122, page 5, as amended to the date of this Agreement, or its successor or successors thereto.
