Cetera means the retail broker-dealer subsidiaries of the Debtors and their affiliates collectively operating under the marketing brand of “Cetera Financial Group”, including Braves Acquisition, LLC, Cetera Financial Holdings, Inc., Chargers Acquisition, LLC, First Allied Holdings Inc., Investors Capital Holdings, LLC, Summit Financial Services Group, Inc. and VSR Group, LLC and, in each case, their direct and indirect subsidiaries.
