  • If the Facility Agent actually receives a reimbursement of all or part of the CESCE Premium from CESCE, such reimbursement shall be applied by the Facility Agent to the Loan or otherwise in accordance with CESCE’s instructions.

  • The ECA Coordinator will only be notified of the actual amount of the CESCE Premium on the date of final issuance of the CESCE Policy and will promptly notify the Facility Agent thereof.

  • Any Utilisations made for purposes of financing the CESCE Premium shall be repaid in full by the Borrower in accordance with the terms hereof.
