The Certified Party warrants that in entering this Agreement and performing their obligations under this Agreement, they will not be in breach of an obligation owed to, or infringe the rights of, any person.
Subject to the Certified Party’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, ACO grants to the Certified Party a non-exclusive licence to access use the Licensed Material to market and promote the Specified Production (“the Licence”).
ACO has agreed to provide the Certification Service to the Certified Party and grant to the Certified Party a non-exclusive licence to access and use the Licensed Material.
