Certified Partners definition

Certified Partners means the partners, OEMs and Value Added Distributors certified by Redline;
Certified Partners means any of the third-party strategic partners Provider can offer directly to Client for the provision of additional services to be integrated and expand the Virgin Pulse Program.
Certified Partners means independent companies, enrolled in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program, designed for Certified Partners to offer their customers leading-edge ICT technology through consulting, deployment, remote and on-site maintenance, helpdesk support, packaged software application, hosting services and training.

  • Certified Partners have completed comprehensive training that ensures a consistently high level of Product knowledge, technical expertise and service capabilities.

  • Each Signatory, on behalf of itself and any of its Affiliates covered by this Agreement, hereby grants IAB the limited right and license to use the Signatory’s and such Affiliates’ names, logos, and other trademarks for purposes of identifying the Signatory and such Affiliates as a signatory of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, inclusion in the Identification List for Signatories and Certified Partners.

  • This simplifies the burden for prospective bidders, since they will not be required to identify, select and negotiate conditional agreements with Certified Partners unless they are awarded a contract.

  • Hardware warranty to Certified Partners – Minimum One (1) year calculated from the date of delivery to Certified Partner.

  • Bidders responding to a solicitation requiring an SDP Plan will now be required only to identify a commitment in the form of a specific percentage of sales (See SDP Plan Forms) made under the resulting contract that will be spent with a Certified Partner(s).

  • Warranty coverage may vary among Certified Partners, regions, products, and contractual arrangements.

  • All Certified Partners are subject to the confidentiality and security provisions of this Agreement and Ultimate Software will be responsible for the actions of its Certified Partners.

  • Each Downstream Participant represents, warrants, and covenants to the other Signatories that it shall not modify any Signal set by the First Party, and, in connection with any Covered Transaction, it shall transmit such Signal in a timely and accurate fashion to the Downstream Participants, Certified Partners, and Subproviders with which it transacts.
