Certified Consultant means a consultant engaged by a holder of a petroleum right, at its cost, chosen by competitive bidding from at least four recognized independent consultants, including local and international consultants, taken from a list provided by the DGPC, which list may be amended from time to time and which list shall be provided by the DGPC to any holder of a petroleum right, on request.24
