  • In the event that certification is granted, a certificate of registration will be issued to the Certified Client.

  • The Certified Client, when requested by CB, shall provide access to assessors and experts of accreditation body to witness the assessment activities of the CB’s assessors.

  • The Certified Client shall not claim certification or use the Certification Mark during this period.

  • If a Certified Client wishes to transfer certificate(s) from other certification body to FQC, FQC may issue certificate(s) based on latest audit results of previous certification body.

  • This Agreement sets out the relationship between Ind-Expoand the Certified Client.

Related to Certified Client

  • Certified check means a check accepted by the bank on which it is drawn. Acceptance may be made as stated in subsection (1) or by a writing on the check which indicates that the check is certified. The drawee of a check has no obligation to certify the check, and refusal to certify is not dishonor of the check.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
