Certified Chainsaw Operator definition
Certified Chainsaw Operator means a person who has passed a course on the operation of a chainsaw at the standard set in the Occupational Health and Safety Act, O.REG. 145/00 and O. REG. 213/91; (By-law No. 2018-005)
Certified Chainsaw Operator means a person holding a chainsaw operator certificate based on the competency standards set by the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development;
