Certificate Purchaser means, prior to the issuance of a related Series of Bonds, the Issuer, a Warehouse Provider, bank or other financial institution on behalf of and as directed by the Issuer and shall also include the Trustee after issuance of a related Series of Bonds.

• Within thirty (30) days after delivery of the Purchase Price Adjustment Certificate, Purchaser shall notify Seller on behalf of Seller, whether Purchaser agrees or disagrees with the determination of the Purchase Price Adjustment Amount set forth in the Purchase Price Adjustment Certificate.

• No representation or warranty contained in this Section 4.2(d) shall include or cover any action or inaction of Lessee or any Affiliate thereof, whether or not purportedly on behalf of any Certificate Purchaser, any Lender, Certificate Trustee or any of their Affiliates.

• Upon request by any Certificate Purchaser, Certificate Trustee shall furnish such Certificate Purchaser a list of the names and addresses of all Certificate Purchasers, indicating the respective unpaid Certificate Purchaser Amounts and numbers of the Certificates held by such holders.

• Within seven (7) business days of receipt of any Milestone Certificate, Purchaser shall be required to comply with any obligations derived under the terms of this Agreement, including the payment to the Escrow Agent of the Additional Deposits.
