Certificate or REMIC Certificate. A Guaranteed REMIC Pass-Through Certificate, in the case of all Classes of Certificates other than the Residual Certificates, issued in book-entry form and maintained in the name of a record owner as an entry on the books of a Reserve Bank under a designation specifying the Class and denomination thereof; and, in the case of the Residual Certificates, issued in fully registered, certificated form as authorized by this Trust Agreement.

Certificate or REMIC Certificate. Any certificate of the A, G, H, B, PM, PA-TF, PA-LT, PB-TF, PB-LT, PD, PE, PC, C-TF, C-LT, D, F, FA, E, S-TF, S-LT, R and RL Classes, which (i) in the case of all of the aforementioned Classes of Certificates (other than the A, R and RL Classes), shall be issued in book-entry form and maintained in the name of a record owner as an entry on the books of a Reserve Bank under a designation specifying the Class and denomination thereof, (ii) in the case of the A Class, shall be issued in fully registered certificated form and maintained in the name of the nominee of the Depository as an entry on the books of the Depository under a designation specifying the Class and denomination thereof and (iii) in the case of the R and RL Classes, shall be issued in fully registered, certificated form as authorized by this Trust Agreement; provided, however, that (a) the PA-TF Class and PA-LT Class shall not be separately held or transferred and together shall be designated on the books of a Reserve Bank as the “PA Class”; (b) the PB-TF Class and PB-LT Class shall not be separately held or transferred and together shall be designated on the books of a Reserve Bank as the “PB Class”;

The term “Certificate” or “REMIC Certificate” does not include the Lower Tier Regular Interests.
