Certificate Issue Date definition

Certificate Issue Date means the date on which this Certificate is issued by Us as specified in Schedule I;
Certificate Issue Date. The later of the date on the cover of the Contract or the date Purchase Payments are received. The Certificate Issue Date is shown on the Certificate Schedule.
