Certificate Indenture definition

Certificate Indenture means the Certificate Indenture dated as of May 17, 2001, between the Certificate Issuer and the Certificate Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Certificate Indenture means the Certificate Indenture to be entered into by the Trust, as Certificate Issuer, the Delaware trustee and a certificate trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
Certificate Indenture means the Certificate Indenture dated as of , 2013, between the Certificate Issuer and the Certificate Trustee, as the same may be further amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision hereof that is required to be included in this Certificate Indenture by any of the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act, such required provision shall control.
