Certificate Fee definition

Certificate Fee means, as applicable, the fee paid in connection with the issuance and renewal of a certificate and issuance of a reciprocal certificate.
Certificate Fee. The fee charged on a quarterly basis by the Company to the Certificate Owner for the benefits provided under the Certificate.
