CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION DATE means, (i) for each Class of Certificates, the first Business Day following the expiration of each Interest Period for such Class of Certificates and (ii) for each Originators' Interest, the date set forth in the related Trust Supplement.
CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION DATE means the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each month or, if such twenty-fifth (25th) day is not a Business Day, then the next succeeding Business Day, on November 25, 2024.
