Certificate Course definition

Certificate Course means the course described in the Service Specification which shall be organized and conducted by the contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract;
Certificate Course means any educational course meant for certification by the Company for which no guarantee or warranty of output shall be claimed for. It shall be subject to the normal terms and conditions of any commercial educational training as per the Indian legal Regulations.
