Certificate Compensation definition

Certificate Compensation or “Certificate” shall mean a printed out certificate, code or other unique identifier in the amount of $40.00 that can be used to offset the cost of purchasing a Genetic Testing Kit from the 23andMe website. The Certificate shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit 1 hereto. The payment of the Cash Compensation and provision of the Certificate Compensation shall be the means through which members of Settlement Class are entitled to receive compensatory damages pursuant to the Final Award in this matter.
