Certificate Agreement definition

Certificate Agreement. The document which describes a Certificate Owner's rights and benefits. CERTIFICATE ACCOUNT - An account in which all financial transactions of the Certificate Owner occurring under the Certificate Agreement prior to the Annuitization Date are recorded.
Certificate Agreement means the Certificate Agreement dated May 17, 1994, between DTC and the IPA (formerly known as The First National Bank of Chicago), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Certificate Agreement means the Money Market Certificate Agreement, dated as of September 1, 2019, between the Issuing and Paying Agent and DTC.
