CertainTeed definition
CertainTeed or “Defendant” means Defendant CertainTeed Corporation and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, successors, predecessors, assigns or divisions, and any current or former officer, director, employee or shareholder of CertainTeed.
CertainTeed has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
CertainTeed means Old CT and New CT and their respective subsidiaries collectively.
