Certain Permitted Liens means (i) inchoate Liens existing at law, (ii) other non-consensual Liens permitted by Section 8.2 that are subordinate to the Liens created by the Pledge Agreement, (iii) Liens permitted by Section 8.2(c) other than with respect to the capital stock of NCOC and (iv) Liens created by the Pledge Agreement and other Liens expressly permitted by the Pledge Agreement.
