Certain Determinations definition

Certain Determinations. All interpretations or determinations of whether prospective purchasers are "residents," "Associates," or "Acting in Concert", and any other interpretations of any and all other provisions of the Plan shall be made by and at the sole discretion of the MHC, and may be based on whatever evidence the MHC may choose to use in making any such determination.
