CERMI definition
CERMI means “Centro de Energias Renováveis e Manutenção Industrial” the Borrower’s Center for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance established pursuant to the Borrower’s Law-Decree No. 29/2014, published on June 13, 2014, or its successor acceptable to the Bank.

Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not assign, amend, abrogate, waive terminate or fail to enforce the CERMI Agreement or any of its provisions.
