All insurance policies referred to in this clause shall include a mention exempting CEPSA from any liability and ex- cluding CEPSA from any action for recovery that might be taken by the insurer.

The Supplier warrants that the Materials are free from any liens and encumbrances in favour of third parties not de- clared to or known by CEPSA.
