CEPICI definition
CEPICI has the meaning provided in Schedule 3. CIF has the meaning provided in Schedule A of Schedule 3. Common Payment System means the system pursuant to which payments of MCC Funding are made directly to vendors as further described in the Fiscal Accountability Plan.
CEPICI or “Centre de Promotion des Investissements en Côte d’Ivoire” means the Borrower’s investment promotion agency established pursuant to Decree No. 93-774 of September 29, 1993;
