Centre Representative definition

Centre Representative means a player or other member of a Bowls Team or Bowls Side that has been selected by the Centre to play Bowls in an event or competition as a representative of the Centre District, and also includes an Official selected by the Centre to represent the Centre District.

  • The Contractor shall effect a policy of insurance against all claims, demands or liability under the Contract with an insurance company approved by Centre (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) and shall continue such insurance during the continuance of the Contract and shall when required, deposit with the Centre Representative for safe keeping during the contract period such policy of insurance together with the receipt of payment of the current premium.

  • In case the defect is not rectified by the Service Centre Representative / Resident Engineer and / or the all items/part is retained by the Service Support Centre / Resident Engineer, the problem will be logged at the Helpdesk and a ticket number shall be generated by the Helpdesk.
