Centralized Water System definition

Centralized Water System means a system of pipes or other distribution devices designed to distribute potable water from a treatment facility to residential or commercial premises.
Centralized Water System means a system that provides water to all of the lots in a subdivision via distribution pipelines within ROW or easements, with services to each lot. A community water system or a DEQ public water system are both considered centralized water systems.
Centralized Water System means a system where individual lots are connected to a common water distribution system whether publicly or privately owned and operated.

  • Stormwater system means both the constructed and natural facilities, including pipes, culverts, watercourses and their associated floodplains, whether over or under public or privately owned land, used or required for the management, collection, conveyance, temporary storage, control, monitoring, treatment, use and disposal of stormwater;

  • Public water system means a system for the provision of water for human consumption through pipes or other constructed conveyances that has 15 or more service connections or regularly serves at least 25 individuals daily at least 60 days out of the year.
