Centralized definition

Centralized means a vehicle emissions testing facility capable of performing enhanced I/M, OBDII, and basic I/M idle testing on motor vehicles.
Centralized in this context means that the cybersecurity program is coordinating necessary security patches and tracking the efforts in a single centralized location. For agencies with components (e.g., bureaus, operating divisions, components, etc.) that manage patch processes independently, this would not be considered as centralized.
Centralized means that the Containers or File Boxes for holding the Documents will be at a single location within a Purchaser’s premises that is near to and accessible via a loading dock or ground level loading area for shipping and receiving commercial deliveries.

  • An Authorized User’s breach shall not be deemed a breach of the Centralized Contract; rather, it shall be deemed a breach of the Authorized User’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract.
