If the Seller has registered pursuant to Article IV of SSUTA through the Central Registration System but is not registered as a Volunteer Seller, as defined in Section D.2(b) of this Contract, in a Streamlined State, the Seller and the Contractor may agree that the Contractor will perform all of the sales and use tax functions pursuant to the contract except, the contractor will not provide CSP Services on behalf of the Seller in that particular Streamlined State.
