Central Production Facilities definition

Central Production Facilities means the common point to which Producer will gather, in its Full Well Stream state, production from one or more W▇▇▇▇ for the purpose of (i) separating the oil, gas and produced water and (ii) facilitating deliveries to Carrier of Committed Crude Oil hereunder.
