Central Parking definition

Central Parking. Central", or any derivation thereof or any other names currently or previously used (upon notice by Central, in the case of those not currently in use) by Corporation or Central or their subsidiaries; provided however, that the Shareholders and Related Parties and their employees, agents and representatives shall not be prohibited from disclosing the existence or nature of the Shareholders' investment in Central, or the participation on Central's Board of Directors of such Shareholders' representatives, subject to restrictions imposed by applicable law.

Related to Central Parking
