Central Assets definition
Central Assets are central themes that A develops and plugins that A develops or purchases for Aurora.
Central Assets means all assets of, and all Equity Interests and other ownership interests owned by PEC, Pekin Borrower, and ICP Borrower constituting Common Collateral.
Central Assets and "Issuer" means Central Assets Investment Limited.
