central accounting system definition

central accounting system means the accounting system used by the division to process and record payments, deposits and other financial transactions for state agencies and departments;
central accounting system means the service for the accounting, netting and settlement of insurance transactions and related transactions provided by Lloyd’s;
central accounting system means the system known as the Central Accounting system for the processing advice accounting netting and settlement of insurance transactions (including monetary obligations arising from insurance transactions) and other transfers of funds

  • International Accounting Standards means the accounting standards approved by the International Accounting Standards Board from time to time.

  • Agreement Accounting Principles means generally accepted accounting principles as in effect from time to time, applied in a manner consistent with that used in preparing the financial statements referred to in Section 5.4.

  • Automated Message Accounting (AMA) means the structure that is inherent in switch technology that initially records Telecommunication message information. AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.

  • Applicable Accounting Standards means Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States, International Financial Reporting Standards or such other accounting principles or standards as may apply to the Company’s financial statements under United States federal securities laws from time to time.

  • Accounting Date means the thirtieth day of June in each year and any interim date on which the financial statements of the Trust are drawn up. Provided that the Management Company may, with the written consent of the Trustee and after obtaining approval from the Commission and the Commissioner of Income Tax may change such date to any other date and such change shall be intimated to the Commission.
