CenterState definition
CenterState has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
CenterState means South State Bank, N.A. f/k/a CenterState Bank, N.A., as successor by merger to Platinum Bank. On June 8, 2020, South State Bank, N.A. merged with CenterState.
