Cellulite definition

Cellulite. (also known as adiposis edematosa, dermopanniculosis deformans, status protrusus cutis, and gynoid lipodystrophy) shall mean dimpling of the skin.
Cellulite means the dimpling of the skin or the "mattress phenomenon" of the thighs and buttocks.

  • In the event that Cabochon has not used Microwave Energy for Cellulite Treatment in patients in a clinical trial setting wherein such clinical trial is approved by an appropriate ethics committee or investigational review board (IRB) on or before May 1, 2010, the Cellulite License granted under Section 2.3(b) shall be terminated and all rights granted to The Foundry under Section 2.3(b) shall revert to Miramar.

  • The Parties desire to resolve disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement without litigation.

  • If a clinical trial for the treatment of Cellulite is not initiated by BTC within two (2) years of the Material Receipt Date, then the Research Foundation shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII hereof.
