Cellebrite means (i) Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization Ltd., an Israeli corporation with offices at ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or (ii) the subsidiary of Cellebrite Mobile Synchronization Ltd. Cellebrite means Cellebrite DI Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel. “Cellebrite Board” means the board of directors of Cellebrite.

  • Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable Law or expressly provided for assignment generally in the Agreement, no license provided in this Section 2 is sublicensable, transferable or assignable by Buyer, including by operation of Law, change of control, merger, purchase or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Cellebrite in each instance.

  • This ▇▇▇▇ may not be modified or amended except by a writing signed by ▇▇▇▇▇ and Cellebrite.

  • Buyer shall provide Cellebrite with updated email address(es) each time such email address(es) change.
