Cellarman means in a hotel any person employed in charge of, or responsible for the contents of a cellar or liquor store.
Cellarman means an employee who is employed performing work in a cellar or room used for stocking beer, spirits or wine and whose duties include stocking bars, tapping beer, opening and distributing stocks or filling bottles with spirits or wine.

Cellarman means a worker employed in charge of, or is responsible for the contents of a cellar or liquor store. (3) "Chef" or "Head ▇▇▇▇" shall mean a worker who is a "Qualified ▇▇▇▇" (as defined in subclause (4) hereof), and who is appointed as such by his employer. (4) "Qualified ▇▇▇▇" shall mean a worker who has completed and can produce appropriate documentary evidence to his or her employer to the effect that he or she has successfully completed an apprenticeship in cooking at an approved or recognised school or college, or who can provide documentary evidence of having served at least six years in Her Majesty's Armed Forces in the classification of ▇▇▇▇. (5) "Breakfast ▇▇▇▇" shall mean a worker (other than a Chef or Head ▇▇▇▇, Qualified ▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇ Employed Alone), who is responsible for the preparation of breakfasts. (6) "Other ▇▇▇▇" shall mean a worker who assists in the cooking and preparing of meals. (7) "▇▇▇▇ Employed Alone" shall mean a worker who is employed when no other ▇▇▇▇ is employed during his or her shift. (8) "Pastrycook" shall mean a worker who is employed in making up, baking or ornamenting cakes, pastry, sponge goods and yeast goods.
