CEI Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6. "CEI Plan of Organization" has the meaning set forth in the fourth recital of this Agreement. "CEI Relevant Group" has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14. "CEI Stock" means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of CEI. "Charter Documents" has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
